2. It is strictly prohibited to put one foot on the top of the car and the other foot on the well or other fixed objects。 
3, in the car top maintenance work, do not close to or squeeze the guardrail, and should pay attention to the weight and car spacing, the human body should not extend the guardrail。 
4, it is strictly prohibited to stand outside the well and lean on the top of the car。 

Second, the machine room maintenance precautions: 

(2) Precautions for equipment room maintenance:
1. When operating the elevator in the machine room, ensure that there are no passengers in the car, the hall and the car door are closed, first cut off the door motor control power, and then operate the elevator。 
2. When manually turning the car, turn off the main power switch first. At least two people should cooperate in the machine room。Once turning is complete, be sure to remove all objects used for manual turning such as loose brake wrenches and put them back in the correct position。 
3, check and maintain the control cabinet should be powered off first, to avoid damage to the control system outside the live operation during maintenance。 
4. When operating the car in the machine room, it should be prevented from exceeding the limit station, and at the same time prevent the car from hitting the roof or a rock mass。 

(3) Precautions for pit maintenance:
1, enter the pit, should do the correct protective measures。 
2, when entering the pit, the pit emergency stop switch should be cut off first, and the pit lighting should be turned on。 
3. It is forbidden to work on the well and under the well at the same time。Pit personnel need to wear safety helmets when working in tandem。 
4. Keep the pit sanitary and clean。  

（四）Hunan ElevatorEquipment room rescue operation requirements:
1. Follow the unified command。 
2. Make sure that the hall door and car door are closed, and cut off the main power switch。Inform car personnel not to approach the car door and pay attention to safety。 
3, the equipment room personnel and other rescue personnel to maintain good contact, inform the auxiliary personnel before the operation, get the response before taking measures to move the car。 
4. When the machine room is turning up, at least two people need to work together, one person should turn up, one person should release the lock and the position of the car to monitor the car, and pay attention to the position of the floor mark。
5, when the elevator car moves to the level position, first release the lock, restore its braking function, and then open the driver wheel after confirming that it is correct。 
6, notify the relevant personnel on the floor at the landing, with the elevator special mechanical key to open the elevator hall door, car door, people out。 
7, wait for the elevator fault treatment is completed, the test can be restored after normalHunan Elevator运行。 

(5) When the maintenance needs to temporarily withdraw from the scene, pay attention to:
1. Cut off the main power switch。 
2, remove heat sources, such as electric welding, gas welding, soldering iron, torch。 
3. Close all hall and car doors。If it cannot be closed normally, fences should be set up outside the door, warning signs should be posted or assigned to guard。 
4, stop maintenance in the middle, especially the terminal should be well recorded to prevent confusion or memory errors。 
5. Special personnel can be assigned to maintain the site when needed。 

(VI) After the end of troubleshooting or daily maintenance:
1. Restore all switches to the original state。
2. Check whether tools, materials, and devices are left on the equipment or in the control cabinet。 
3. Check tools, materials and organize the work site。 
4. Power supply test run, observe the operating status of the elevator, and stop the elevator in time for inspection if any abnormality is found。 
5. Fill in the fault handling record, and clearly fill in the fault cause, inspection process, and handling result。 
6, for all the changed parameters or replacement parts, should make a detailed and clear record。 

      After daily maintenance, regular maintenance and inspection records should be filled in in time。
